Burnout Group Therapy for the Happy Worker documentary (October 19th-23rd 2020)

The Happy Worker workshop, led by Dr. Francesca Eleuteri, was successfully held in Amsterdam from October 19th to October 23rd, 2020. This five-session group therapy workshop aimed to address the causes of unhappiness at work and equip participants with essential tools and insights to cope with stress and anxiety related to their jobs.

During the workshop, participants engaged in meaningful discussions and activities, creating a supportive environment for sharing experiences without the need to disclose their employer information. The workshop was filmed as part of the documentary film “Happy Worker,” which captures the journeys of individuals navigating workplace challenges.

Do you feel overwhelmed by your work? Has your work become less meaningful? Do you feel that work is causing an exceptional amount of stress?

Drs Francesca Eleuteri, Psychologist and researcher, in collaboration with Yellow Film &TV is starting a five sessions group therapy workshop to address the causes of unhappiness at work, and to give participants tools and insights to cope with these challenges.

The workshop is open to any person who feels that work is causing a major stress and anxiety. 

The workshop will take place in Amsterdam and will be filmed from October 19th to October 23rd 2020 as part of a documentary film Happy Worker.

Participants need not disclose the names or industries of their present or past employers. There are no costs involved.
